Prayer to The Most Holy Indwelling Trinity

             O my Love, my only Good, Most Holy Trinity, I adore You, hidden in the depths of my soul.  To You, to Your honor and glory, I dedicate my life.  May every thought, word and deed of mine be an act of adoration and praise directed towards Your Divine Majesty enthroned in my heart.
O Father, Infinite Goodness, behold Your child, clothed in the likeness of Your Son.  Extend to me Your arms that I may belong to You forever.
O Son, Divine Lord, made man, crucify me with Yourself that I may become, in union with You, a sacrifice of praise for the glory of Your Father.
O Holy Spirit, Fire of Everlasting Love, consume me on the altar of Divine Charity, that at the end of life, nothing may remain but that which bears the likeness of Christ.
O Blessed Trinity, worthy of all adoration, I wish to remain in spirit on my knees, to acknowledge forever Your reign in me and over me, to Your everlasting glory.
Through the Immaculate Heart of Mary and the pure heart of St. Joseph, I consecrate my life to Your adoration and glory.
At the moment of death, receive me, O my Triune Love, that I may continue my adoration of love through all eternity.  Amen.

St. Michael, Archangel

May 8 Feast of the Apparition of St. Michael (victory) – Gargano

While St. Michaels’ Feast Day is September 29, the feast of the Apparition of Saint Michael on May 8 commemorates the 6th century appearance of the archangel on Mount Gargano near Manfredonia in southern Italy. A church was built in his honor at the site. Medals or holy cards with ‘relics’ of Michael are probably rock chips from the cave where he appeared or pieces of cloth that have touched it.

Linked to little mamma Luisa while being united in God’s Most Holy Divine Will under the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the and Immaculate Heart of Mary with all souls past, present and future with all the Heavenly Hosts and one with the voice of all creation, we kneel before the Throne of Our Triune God and pray:

Almighty God, Saint Michael led the army of angels that defeated Satan and the demons when they rebelled against You. Because his name means “Who is like God,” Pope Saint Gregory the Great said, “Whenever some act of wondrous power must be performed, Michael is sent, so that his action and his name may make it clear that no one can do what God does by his superior power.” I ask Saint Michael to lead an army of angels in my defense whenever I am being seduced by Satan’s wiles or crushed by the weight of his evil power. You, O Lord, are always victorious in my life! Saint Michael, pray for me (and O Dearest St Michael: always pray for and protect us and our family!) Amen.

Saint Michael, the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our safeguard against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do you, O Prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who wander through the world seeking the ruin of souls, Amen.

Dear Saint Michael,
always be with us and protect us with your legions of angels

all for the greater honor and glory of God!

The Church celebrates the feast of Saint Michael on 8 May, anniversary of the apparition of Saint Michael on the Gargano and in a special way to celebrate the episode of the victory.

In the year 492 a man named Gargan was pasturing his large herds in the countryside. One day a bull fled to the mountain, where at first it could not be found. When its refuge in a cave was discovered, an arrow was shot into the cave, but the arrow returned to wound the one who had sent it. Faced with so mysterious an occurrence, the persons concerned decided to consult the bishop of the region. He ordered three days of fasting and prayers. After three days, the Archangel Saint Michael appeared to the bishop and declared that the cavern where the bull had taken refuge was under his protection, and that God wanted it to be consecrated under his name and in honor of all the Holy Angels.

Accompanied by his clergy and people, the pontiff went to that cavern, which he found already disposed in the form of a church. The divine mysteries were celebrated there, and there arose in this same place a magnificent temple where the divine Power has wrought great miracles. To thank God’s adorable goodness for the protection of the holy Archangel, the effect of His merciful Providence, this feast day was instituted by the Church in his honor.

It is said of this special guardian and protector of the Church that, during the final persecution of Antichrist, he will powerfully defend it: “At that time shall Michael rise up, the great prince who protects the children of thy people.” (Dan. 12:1) Compare this text with Chapter 10 of the Apocalypse of Saint John.

The feast-day of the apparition of Saint Michael on 8 May was instituted by Pope Pius V (1566-1572).

Many churches, chapels and oratories were dedicated to Saint Michael in the whole of Europe.

The Archangel is often represented on the spires of the bell-towers, because he is considered the guardian of churches against Satan.

Furthermore many ossuary chapels in cemeteries are dedicated to him.

Many cities in Europe (Jena, Andernach, Colmar) venerate him as their patron saint; in Italy we find more than 60 localities under his protection (amongst which are Caserta, Cuneo, Alghero, Albenga, Vasto…). Whole nations entrusted themselves to him, such as the Longobards and sovereigns, such as Charles d’Anjou, great protector of the Shrine of the Gargano, and those who reigned in the Valois dynasty.

Saint Michael is also the protector of many categories of workers: chemists, gilders, merchants, manufacturers of scales, judges, fencing instructors, radiologists. The police and parachutists of France and Italy have entrusted themselves to his protection.

The Jews already considered Michael the Archangel as Prince of the Angels, Protector of the chosen people and the symbol of powerful divine assistance towards Israel. He appears three times in the Old Testament, particularly in the book of Daniel (Dan 10, 13-21; 12, 1) where he is indicated as the defendant of the Hebrews and the supreme head of the heavenly army who defends the weak and the persecuted. 

“But at that time shall Michael rise up, the great prince, who standeth for the children of thy people: and a time shall come such as never was from the time that nations began even until that time. And at that time shall thy people be saved, every one that shall be found written in the book” (Dan 12, 1).

His name Mi ka – ‘El means Who is like God? Saint Michael has the title of Archangel attributed to him, the same title given to Gabriel – strength of God and Raphael – God heals. In the New Testament, Saint Michael the Archangel is presented as the adversary of the devil, victor of the last battle against Satan and his supporters. 

We find the description of the battle and his victory in Chapter 12 of the Apocalypse: 

“And there was a battle in heaven; Michael and his angels battled with the dragon, and the dragon fought and his angels. And they did not prevail neither was their place found any more in heaven. And that great dragon was cast down, the ancient serpent he who is called the devil and Satan, who leads astray the whole world; and he was cast down to the earth and with him his angels were cast down.

And I heard a loud voice in heaven saying, Now has come the salvation, and the power and the kingdom of our God, and the authority of his Christ for the accuser of our brethren has been cast down, he who accused them before our God day and night. And they overcame him through the blood of the Lamb and through the word of their witness, for they did not love their lives even in face of death. Therefore rejoice, O heavens, and you who dwell therein. Woe to the earth and to the sea because the devil has gone down to you in great wrath, knowing that he has but a short time.”

Therefore Christians consider the Archangel Saint Michael as the most powerful defender of God’s people.

Carissime e carissimi,

lunedì 23 aprile 2018, 153° compleanno di Luisa, alle ore 17.00 l’Arcivescovo Mons. Leonardo D’Ascenzo ha fatto visita per la prima volta alla nostra Associazione.

Dopo la festosa accoglienza davanti alla Casa di Luisa e sede dell’Associazione ha potuto visitare il luoghi di Luisa e conoscere meglio la sua storia.

Ha poi fatto visita al “seme”, dove è stata allestita una mostra che narra la storia dell’Associazione. Alle ore 19.00 l’Arcivescovo ha presieduto la Celebrazione Eucaristica con una bellissima omelia in cui ci ha esortati a cercare sempre la Divina Volontà, fonte della nostra gioia.

Erano presenti alla celebrazione persone provenienti da Benevento, San Giovanni Rotondo, Palo del Colle, Roma, Torino, Como, Cosenza, Talamello, Emilia Romagna, Florida, Perù, Australia, Messico, Washington DC, Ohio, New York, USA, Canada, California.

Dopo la Celebrazione ha potuto salutare tutti i presenti e vedere i vari saluti pervenuti dai vari gruppi della Divina Volontà presenti nel mondo.

Con molta gioia tanti di voi hanno testimoniato come è grande la Famiglia della Divina Volontà.

Al termine, verso le 21.30 circa, l’Arcivescovo era molto contento e ci ha incaricato di far giungere a tutti il suo ringraziamento per la vostra amicizia e la vostra preghiera.

Monday April 23 2018, on the occasion of Luisa’s 153th birthday, at 5.00 pm Archbishop Monsignor Leonardo D’Ascenzo met for the first time with our Association.

After the festive welcome in front of Luisa’s house, which is also the headquarters of the Association, he visited Luisa’s places and came to better know her life.

He visited  the “Seed”, a place where there is an exhibit that shows the story of the Association.

At 7.00 pm the Archbishop presided over the Eucharistic Celebration with a beautiful homily in which he exhorted us to always seek the Divine Will that is the source of our joy.

During the Celebration there were people from Benevento, San Giovanni Rotondo, Palo del Colle, Rome, Turin, Como, Cosenza, Talamello, Emilia Romagna region, Florida, Peru, Australia, Mexico, Washington DC, Ohio, New York, USA, Canada, California.

After the Holy Mass he greeted all those present and saw through a power point the various greetings received from the various Divine Will groups present in the world.

With great joy many of you witnessed how great the Family of the Divine Will is.

At the end, around 9.30 pm, the Archbishop was very happy and entrusted us with the task of sending all of you  his thanks for your friendship and prayer.

He finally ensured that he brought all of you into his prayer.

el lunes 23 de abril de 2018, el 153º cumpleaños de Luisa, a las 17.00, el Arzobispo Monseñor Leonardo D’Ascenzo visitó por primera vez nuestra Asociación.

Tras la acogida jovial ante la Casa de Luisa y sede de la Asociación, pudo visitar los lugares de Luisa y conocer mejor su historia. A continuación, visitó la “semilla”, donde se había montado una exposición que cuenta la historia de la Asociación.

A las 19.00, el Arzobispo presidió la Celebración Eucarística con una homilía maravillosa, donde nos exhortó a buscar siempre la Divina Voluntad, la fuente de nuestra alegría.

Estaban presentes en la celebración personas procedentes de Benevento, San Giovanni Rotondo, Palo del Colle, Roma, Turín, Como, Cosenza, Talamello, Emilia Romaña, Florida, Perú, Australia, México, Washington DC, Ohio, Nueva York, EE.UU., Canadá, California.

Tras la Celebración, pudo saludar a todos los presentes y ver los varios saludos que llegaron de los diferentes grupos de la Divina Voluntad presentes en el mundo.

Con gran alegría muchos de ustedes testimoniaron qué grande es la Familia de la Divina Voluntad.

The Command Prayer

(recite after each days prayer)

Abba Father, In the Name of Jesus, in the Unity and Power of the Holy Spirit, Under the Mantle of Mary, with all the Angels and Saints, through the Intercession of The Servant of God Luisa Piccarreta, please take my humble prayer and make it Your Command, that all be Accomplished and Completed in Your Most Holy Divine Will. Fiat! Amen!

Day 1

The Mystical Marriage –  “The longed for day finally arrived, after not a little suffering. …He drew near me, took my heart in His hands,…He dusted it, and then He gave it back to me. Then He took a garment of immense beauty, …and He clothed me with that garment. …He bejeweled my ears. Then He adorned my neck and my arms, and surrounded my forehead with a crown of immense value,…Now, while He was crowning my forehead, Jesus told me: “Most sweet spouse, I place this crown upon you so that nothing may be missing in order to make you worthy of being My spouse; but then, after our wedding is finished, I will take it with Me to Heaven, to keep it for you at the moment of your death.” (V1)

Prayer – Lord, may Your Kingdom Come.  O Please!  Let it be Known, Loved and Possessed by the human Generations.

Day 2

“Sometimes, carrying me with Him, He (Jesus) would take me (Luisa) to Paradise… I will just say that sometimes, while finding myself in that Blessed Fatherland, I would be strolling together with Jesus in the midst of the Choirs of Angels and the Saints; and since I was newly-espoused, all the Blessed would unite together to participate in the joys of our marriage. …Jesus would show me to the Saints, saying to them: “See this soul – she is a Triumph of My Love; My Love has surpassed everything in her.”

Other times, then, He would make me stay at the place which was going to be mine, and He would say to me: “Here is your place – no one can take it away from you.” (V1)

Prayer – Lord, may Your Kingdom Come.  O Please!  Let it be Known, Loved and Possessed by the human Generations.

Day 3

“While I am outside of myself, my Adorable Jesus continues to show me my heart inside of His – but so transformed, that I can no longer recognize which one is mine and which one is Jesus’. …I seemed to see my Beloved Jesus occupied with preparing the place in which He was to put the heart, perfuming it and bejeweling it with many different flowers. And while He was doing this, He told me: “My beloved, since you must live from My Heart, it is appropriate for you to undertake a more perfect way of living. Therefore, from you I want:

1. Perfect conformity to My Will, because you will only be able to love Me perfectly if you love Me with My own Will.
2. Profound humility, placing yourself, in front of Me and of creatures, as the last among all.”  (…)  (V4 – 11.20.00)

Prayer – Lord, may Your Kingdom Come.  O Please!  Let it be Known, Loved and Possessed by the human Generations.

Day 4

3. Purity in everything, because any slightest fault against purity, both in loving and in operating, is reflected all in the heart, and it remains stained. …if all your works, thoughts and words, heartbeats and affections, desires and inclinations, are adorned with the celestial dew of purity, you will weave a sweet enchantment, not only for the human eye, but for the Whole of Heaven.
4. Obedience, which must be connected with My Will, because if this virtue regards the superiors I have given you on earth, My Will is obedience which regards Me directly; …However, both of them have the same value, and one cannot be without the other; therefore you must love both one and the other in the same way.”

“Know that from now on you will live with My Heart, and you must see things the way My Heart does, that I may find My satisfactions in you. Therefore be careful, for this is no longer your heart, but Mine.”   (V4 – 11.20.00)

Prayer – Lord, may Your Kingdom Come.  O Please!  Let it be Known, Loved and Possessed by the human Generations.

Day 5

“…See, in order to make the creature ascend again into the Firmness, into the Perennial Good, into the unshakeability of My Will, I want to Establish My Kingdom in their midst. See then, in what point I have placed you—in the Firmness and unshakeability of the Fiat, so as to allow you to lay this Kingdom of Mine within It. And just as My Will Triumphs of everything with Its Firmness, so will you Triumph of everything with Its Firmness and in the unshakeability of Its Acts, and you will reorder the Divine Order between the two wills—the Divine Will shall be reintegrated in Its Glory, and the human will shall place itself again in the order established by God.”   (V20 – 1.13.27)

Prayer – Lord, may Your Kingdom Come.  O Please!  Let it be Known, Loved and Possessed by the human Generations.

Day 6

‘Tell me, my Life, who is my Family? What is my dowry and Yours?’ And smiling, He continued: “Your family is the Trinity. Don’t you remember that in the first years of bed I took you to Heaven and we Celebrated our Union before the Most Holy Trinity…We, the Three Divine Persons, Descended from Heaven, took Possession of your heart, and formed Our Perpetual Residence in it. We took the reins of your intelligence, of your heart, and of all of yourself; and everything you did was an Outpouring of Our Creative Will over you, and the Confirmation that your will was animated by an Eternal Will.  (V13 – 12.5.21)

Prayer – Lord, may Your Kingdom Come.  O Please!  Let it be Known, Loved and Possessed by the human Generations.

Day 7

(…) “My daughter, courage, let Me finish to manifest to you all that is necessary, regarding the Kingdom of My Will, so that nothing may be missing in order to form It in the midst of the human family.  …Its full Triumph you will see from Heaven.  …We will do It together, My daughter.  Your pains, your long sacrifices, your incessant prayers that My Kingdom may come soon, and My Manifestations about It – I will Unite everything together with Me and will form the foundations.  Once I have completed everything, I will Entrust My Kingdom to My ministers, so that, like second Apostles of the Kingdom My Will, they may be the criers of It.  (V20 – 11.6.26)

Prayer – Lord, may Your Kingdom Come.  O Please!  Let it be Known, Loved and Possessed by the human Generations.

Day 8

“Live always in your precious Inheritance, that was given to you with so much Love.  It is yours—It will always be yours, inseparable from you; nor will I ever permit that My little daughter not feel the heartbeat of My Light, the breath of My balsamic Air, the Life of My Divine Will.”

(…)“Now, My daughter, one who lives in My Divine Will possesses the rights of her creation, and therefore, more than sun, she lives in the Unity of her Creator; she is the reproducer of the effects of the Divine Unity.  In this Unity she gathers everything, embraces everyone, warms everyone, and with the breath of the Divine Unity she produces in the hearts of creatures all the effects that are present in the Kingdom of Grace…” (V27 – 11.14.29)

Day 9

“One who lives in My Will is the True Sun, that is such that apparently one sees nothing but light and feels nothing but heat, but how many goods are there not inside that light and heat?  How many effects?  The life and the goods of the earth are enclosed inside that light and heat.  In the same way, with one who Lives in My Divine Fiat, apparently one sees a creature, but inside there is a Divine Will that sustains everything—Heaven and earth, and does not want to keep inactive she who possesses such a great good.” (V27 – 11.14.29)

Luisa’s Birthday

V3 – April 23, 1900 – This morning, finding myself outside of myself, I saw my sweet Jesus suffering very much, and I prayed Him to share His pains with me; and He said to me:  “You too suffer.  Rather, I will take your place and You will do for me the office of a nurse.”  So it seemed that Jesus placed Himself in my bed, and I, beside Him, began to check His head, removing the thorns which were driven into it one by one.  Then I moved on to His body and I visited all His wounds; I dried up the blood, I kissed them, but I had nothing with which to salve them so as to mitigate the spasm, when I saw that oil was coming out from me.  I took it and I salved the wounds of Jesus, but with some concern, as I did not understand what the meaning was of that oil coming out from me.

But blessed Jesus made me understand that resignation to the Divine Will is oil which, while salving and mitigating our pains, salves and mitigates the spasm of the wounds of Jesus at the same time.  Then, after performing this office for my dear Jesus for quite some time, He disappeared and I came back into myself.

Prayer – Lord, we pray that Your Eternal Fiat be Known, and just as it Reigns Triumphantly in Heaven, it may Come to Reign Triumphantly in the Midst of Creatures. We also pray that we may be anointed and salved with the Oil from Luisa so that we may all be Resigned to the Most Holy Divine Will.  Fiat!  Amen.

 

 

 

Vol 13 – September 16, 1921 – Jesus mocked by Herod. How these pains are renewed by creatures. Through His acts, Jesus molded our acts in His Will.

I was doing the hour of the Passion in which my sweet Jesus was in the palace of Herod, clothed as a madman and mocked.  And my always lovable Jesus, making Himself seen, told me:  “My daughter, not only then was I clothed like a madman, sneered at and mocked, but creatures continue to give Me these pains; even more, I am amid continuous mockeries, and from all kinds of people.  If a person goes to Confession and does not maintain his resolutions not to offend Me – this is a mockery that he makes of Me.  If a priest confesses, preaches, administers the Sacraments, and his life does not correspond to the words he speaks and to the dignity of the Sacraments he administers – he mocks Me as many times for as many words as he speaks, and for as many Sacraments as he administers.  And while in the Sacraments I gave them new life, they give Me scorns, mockeries; and by profaning them, they prepare for Me the garment to clothe Me as a madman.  If superiors command sacrifice to their subjects, virtue, prayer, disinterest, while they conduct a life of comfort, of vice, of interest – these are as many mockeries that they make of Me.  If civilian and ecclesiastical leaders want the observance of the laws, and they are the first transgressors – these are mockeries that they make of Me.

O! how many mockeries they make of Me.  They are so many that I am tired of them, especially when, under good, they put the poison of evil.  O! how they make fun of Me, as if I were their amusement and their pastime.  But my Justice, sooner or later, will make fun of them, by punishing them severely.  You – pray and repair for these mockeries that grieve Me so much, and are the cause of my not being known for Who I AM.”

Afterwards, having coming back again, and since I was fusing all of myself in the Divine Will, He told me:  “Dearest daughter of My Will, I anxiously await these fusions of yours in My Will.  You must know that, as I thought in My Will, I kept molding your thoughts in My Will, preparing the place for them; as I operated, I molded your works in My Will; and so with all the rest.  Now, whatever I did, I did not do for Myself, who did not need it – but for you.  This is why I await you in My Will, that you may come to take the places which My Humanity prepared for you, and over My moldings you come to do yours.  Only then am I content and receive complete glory, when I see you do what I did.”

 

On April 23, on the occasion of the anniversary of the birth of the Servant of God Luisa Piccarreta, our Archbishop Monsignor Leonardo D’Ascenzo will visit, for the first time, the house of Luisa and will meet the Association Luisa Piccarreta Little Children of the Divine Will.

Our bishop will have the opportunity to know the reality of the sons and daughters of the Divine Will and it would be nice that in some way this visit can be shared also by all the brothers and sisters in Italy and in the world.

For this reason, those who have the opportunity to come to Corato can participate in the Celebration of Holy Mass at 7:00 pm in the Church of Saint Mary the Greek and at the end take part in the meeting with the Archbishop.

However, for those who, can’t be present we ask to participate the same, first of all with the prayer and also with a photo or a video that you can send to the Association. Then they will merge into a video that we will show to the Archbishop in the evening of April 23rd.

It is a beautiful gesture to make him feel the presence of the great family of the children of the Divine Will in the world.

…After this, I was thinking to myself: “How is it that, from such a high place, when he was created by God, Adam fell so low, after sin?”

And my always lovable Jesus, moving in my interior, told me: “My daughter, in Creation, one was the Will that entered the field in creating all things, and, by right, to It alone belonged the dominion, the regime and the carrying out of Its very life in each thing and being created by It. Now, because man withdrew from Our Will, the Will that reigned on earth was no longer one—but there were two; and since the human will is inferior to the Divine, man emptied himself of all the goods of this Supreme Fiat, and in doing his own will, he took the place away from the Divine Will. And this was the greatest of sorrows; more so, since this human will had come out of, and had been created by, the Divine Will, so that everything might be Its own property—Its own dominion.

“Now, by withdrawing from Our Will, man rendered himself guilty of stealing the Divine rights, and by doing his will, nothing of the things created by this Fiat belonged to him any more. So, he was to find a place in which Our creative work did not extend; but this too was impossible for him—this place cannot be found. So, while he was not with Our Will, he would take from the things that belong to It in order to live; he would make use of the sun, of the water, of the fruits of the earth—of everything; and these were all thefts that he made against Us. So, by not doing Our Will, man rendered himself the petty thief of all Our goods.

“How sorrowful it was to see that the Creation was to serve so many deserters—so many who did not belong to the Kingdom of the Divine Fiat; and for as many creatures as would come to light and would not live in Our Kingdom, not letting themselves be dominated by Our Will, so many places would Our Will lose upon earth.

“It happened as in a family in which, instead of the father being the one who commands and dominates, all the children command and dominate, who are not even in accord among themselves—one commands one thing, another something else. What sorrow for this poor father, in seeing his dominion taken away from him by his children! And what confusion and the disorder in this family!

“Much more sorrowful, for My Supreme Fiat, was that the work of Its own creative hands took away Its dominion from It, and by doing his own will, he put himself against Mine, taking the right to reign away from It. My daughter, not doing My Will is the evil that encloses all evils; it is the collapse of all goods; it is the destruction of happiness, of order, of peace—it is the great loss of My Divine
Kingdom.”

Vol. 28 – March 24, 1930  – The creature is nothing other than the effect of the reflections of God. Love of God in creating him. Firmness in repeating the same acts forms in the soul the life of the good that she wants.

I was doing the round in the Divine Fiat to follow all of Its acts, and as I arrived at Eden, I comprehended and admired the magnanimous act of God, and His exuberant and overflowing Love in the creation of man. And my always lovable Jesus, unable to contain His flames, told me: “My daughter, Our Love was so infatuated in the act in which We created man, that We did nothing other than reflect Ourselves upon him, so that he might be a work worthy of Our creative hands; and as Our reflections were pouring upon him, so was the intelligence, the sight, the hearing, the word, the beating in the heart, the motion to the hands, the step to the feet, infused in him. Our Divine Being is most pure spirit, and therefore We do not have senses; in the wholeness of all Our Divine Being We are most pure and inaccessible light. This light is eye, is hearing, is word, is work, is step. This light does everything, looks at everything, hears everything, is present everywhere – no one can escape from underneath the empire of Our light. Therefore, while We were creating man, Our Love was so great, that Our light, carrying Our reflections over him, molded him; and in molding him, it brought to him the effects of the reflections of God. See, then, my daughter, with how much love was man created – to the point that Our Divine Being melted in reflections upon him, to communicate to him Our image and likeness. Could greater love be given? Yet, he used Our reflections to offend Us, while he was to use Our reflections as the means to come to Us, and, with the reflections given by Us, say to Us: ‘How beautiful your Love created me; and I, in return, love You – I will love You always, and I want to live in the light of your Divine Will.’

Then, I continued to follow the acts in the Divine Fiat, and I thought to myself: ‘I am always back to the start, repeating – always repeating the long story of my acts in the Divine Volition, the long singsong of my ‘I love You’. But what are the effects of it? O! if I could obtain that the Divine Will be known and reign upon earth, at least it would be for me so much the better.’ But while I was thinking of this, my beloved Jesus clasped me to His Divine Heart, and told me: “My daughter, firmness in asking forms the life of the good that is asked for; it disposes the soul to receive the good that she wants and moves God to give the gift that is asked for. More so, since with the many repeated acts and prayers that she has done, she has formed within herself the life, the exercise, the habit of the good that she asks for. God, won by the firmness of her asking, will give her the gift; and finding in the creature, by virtue of her repeated act, as though a life of the gift that He is giving her, He will convert the good asked for into her nature, in such a way that the creature will feel herself as the possessor, and victorious in feeling transformed into the gift she has received. Therefore, your asking incessantly for the Kingdom of my Divine Will forms in you Its Life; and your continuous ‘I love You’ forms in you the Life of my Love. And since I have given you the gift of both one and the other, you feel within yourself as if your nature felt nothing other than the vivifying virtue of My Will and of my Love. Firmness in asking is the assurance that the gift is yours. And asking for the Kingdom of my Divine Will for all, is the prelude that others can receive the great gift of my Supreme Fiat. Therefore, continue to repeat, and do not tire.”

Sunday, on March 4, the Eucharistic Celebration

Homily Given By don Sergio began with the Gospel of John (Jn 2: 13-25)

Sunday, on March 4, the Eucharistic Celebration in the Church of Santa Maria Greca, concluded the week of spirituality that was entirely dedicated to the Servant of God Luisa Piccarreta, on the 71th anniversary of her departure to Heaven. The Holy Mass was concelebrated by don Sergio Pellegrini, don Marco Cannavò and Father Thomas Celso who was in Corato with our other brothers of the Divine Will, coming from the United States.

The week of obedience is very dear to the Association Luisa Piccarreta and it has the merit of having organized it. The numerous moments of prayer and meditation happened in the places where Luisa lived or where, from now, her name will return to resonate stronger than ever and, who knows, to burn in the hearts the divine fire that characterized the whole life of the little daughter of the Divine Will.

In his homily, don Sergio began with the Gospel of John (Jn 2: 13-25) in which Jesus overturned the tables of the money changers. They turned the Temple, His Father’s house of prayer, into a market, and deformed, for their interests, the true nature of that holy place.

Then don Sergio immediately referred to a passage written by Luisa, in which the human will is symbolized by a rotten seed,  and how the Divine Will has the virtue of restoring the original life of that seed.

The Divine Will has the virtue of purifying, clearing up, embellishing and changing nature itself. The human will is like a seed which is rotten inside, while on the outside it appears to be good. The clothing that covers the seed seems to be in good conditions, but if the clothing is removed, one finds that the seed is, in some half putrefied, in some empty. Others, then, while the seed possesses life, do not expose it to the sun or to the wind, and so it will end up rotting completely. But if it is exposed to the sun and to the wind, through light, heat and wind, they will rip the rotten part off, they will purify it, and give it new life.

Such is the human will – a rotten seed, full of smoke, of rot, and half putrefied. However, not all seeds are completely dead – some have a thread of life; and if these seeds which possess this thread of life are exposed to the Sun of the Divine Will, Its light, Its heat and Its penetrating and ruling wind will invest the seed of the human will, and the light and heat will clear up the seed, removing what is rotten. They will fill it with life, and the ruling wind of the Fiat will play with it, raising it so high as to enclose it in that Fiat from which it came out; and with Its virtue, It will change the nature of the seed, giving it its original life. Everything is in exposing oneself to the Sun of the Divine Will and to the burning and refulgent rays of Its knowledges, letting oneself be invested by them, caressed by Its light, warmed by Its heat, so that the Kingdom of the Divine Will may come upon earth.

In those days we prayed a lot in the places that are dear and familiar to Luisa. First of all, the Church of Saint Joseph where don Gianni Cafagna (parish priest of the Church of Saint Joseph in Corato) and don Sergio concelebrated the Mass on February 28. They recalled the figure of don Gennaro de Gennaro, the second confessor of Luisa, who played a decisive role in the development of Luisa’s specific mission. On February 28, 1899 Luisa began to write the first pages of her diary, to obey her new confessor don Gennaro.

In the homily of that day, don Sergio referred to the state of victim of Luisa. She was a voluntary victim, she was a soul that wished to suffer like her Lord, because she loved Him and also because she wanted to redeem and repair for those souls who live detached from the mystical body of our Lord.

The next day, in the morning, we lived the second moment of prayer with the Eucharistic Celebration broadcast on Radio Maria in the Church of St. Maria Greca, where Luisa’s remains lie. On March 2, we went to the Institute of The Daughters of Divine Zeal, the house where Luisa spent 10 years of her life. In that context, don Sergio inevitably referred to Saint Hannibal Mary of France as another attentive and zealous figure who accompanied Luisa. Don Sergio also spoke of the profound friendship between Saint Hannibal and Luisa: “It is a divine friendship that is not human, it is a friendship that sparkles, it is a friendship between two holy souls – he reiterated – because they know what they are talking!”

It is a relationship that is guided from On High.; it has inside it not a human love, but the unconditional love of God. This love is not preferential, it makes no difference. «If God loves unconditionally, even in the face of evil, – as shown by the Gospel – so we also ought to love one another – don Sergio continued – the “loop” is not formed by God and me, but God → me →  my brother → God … And this means merging into the Divine Will – the message that Luisa left to us – … my will merges with that of God … the soul enters the Divine Will, she presents herself before the throne of God and carries with her all the humanity, all Creation, all works, all that exists. Then she moves away from God to bring the grace of God to all people so that God can be loved in each creature with His own love. Merging involves others. How can we merge into the Divine Will if we do not bring all of us? The love of God is for everyone, so everything must return to God. God does not favor some at the expense of others – this should be our love – This is the love that exists between the Saints, and that’s what happened between Luisa and the Saint from Messina, but also between Luisa, her confessors her disciples“.
